my boyfriend loved this one and i had drawn it quite a while back but didnt submit it..
So here it goes.
Its pretty simple, racism and prejudism comes in everything and anything, you cant avoid it nor can u stop it, so if u ever get a remark made on ya again, all you can do is laugh at it.

Ive had a lot said to me seeing as im in N.Ireland and im chinese, they just dont stop but usually the remarks are very very very stupid. Like using wrong terms and being ur typical racist really. So im quite defensive but i try to be more light hearted in these kinda situations..

hahahaha i catch the drift of the pic...nclever idea...love the caption i go to like i completely white school basically a divivde the smart or foriegn white people that get on with everyone and the dumb ones who think they are better thn everyone else some are racist but hide it wel and their parents are the worst it makes me cringe >.< .....worst of all is in relationships but i dont care anymore small minds attract small minds

.....but its best to approch it with humour my best white friends call me what i say they can and i can do the same its just about respecting bounderies

i used to live in an area in the midwest where there were mostly white people and we would sometimes be one of the only black families in the supermarkets there. in a store that my dad used to partly manage (in the meat department) they'd be all thrown off when he told them that he was the manager.
and then there was that one man that walked in with a confederate suit on

i used to get it too so that's probly why i can't stand uppity white ppl now XD

but where i live now, everything is so diverse that it's mindblowing. we all make jokes on each other's ethnicity now and then but we laugh about it afterwards. if it was too mean of a comment people apologize and everything's settled.

it's getting racist jabs from ppl that truly hate you, that you've never even MET that's harder to laugh about.

I understand how racism works too. Im black and I live in a predominatly white area and I either get an undertone of racism said to me or just someone saying it to me out right. Ive learned to laugh it off too. Sometimes its hard to just laugh it off but its better.

thanks for this. people who are racist towards others just are too arrogant to accept and appreciate other culture. just pity them and how they cannot seem to be open minded.

I understand you being deffensive, I can't stand racism or any kind of discrimination

Where I live, Argentina, the most discriminated against are the descendants of the original inhabitants, and immigrants from near countries and Asia

I'd like people to understand that these attitudes and acts are, far from being eradicated, present in everyday life...
